Dividend - Current Year

The Board of Director of the Company in 329th meeting held on 11.02.2026 approved the interim dividend of ₹1.15 per equity share for the Financial Year 2025-26. The interim dividend, as declared, shall be paid to those members, whose names appear on the register of members of the Company at the closure of business hours of 20.02.2026 (Friday) which was the record date for this purpose.
