It may please be noted that recruitment in SJVN is carried out centrally from SJVN Corporate Head Quarter Shimla through a well established selection procedure comprising of Written Test and/or Trade test, and/or Personal Interview etc. As and when there are any vacancies, the posts are notified through open advertisement in leading newspapers/ employment exchanges. The detailed advertisement clearly outlining the selection process is published on our website-sivn.nic.in. The prospective candidates are required to apply online through our website only and the application fee is also collected online only through an online payment gateway which is normally from Rs. 100- 500/- only. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from the payment of application fee. SJVN does not solicit any money whatsoever from any candidates at any stage of recruitment process, other than the prescribed application fee and hence will not be responsible in any way for amount paid by individuals to any person of any agency in the name of SJVN.
