Routine repair and maintenance for: (1) Sweeping and cleaning of Power House Complex, BVH, TRT Outfall Gates Area, GIS Complex, HCF, Stores and handling/unloading/stacking of materials under various stores of NJHPS for two years; (2) Routine repair and maintenance of Power House Complex, including connected components outside the Power House at Jhakri; (3) Loading/unloading, stacking of incoming/outgoing material, housekeeping, cutting of bushes in the surrounding areas under various MMG Stores' of NJHPS Jhakri and Nathpa; (4) Routine repair and maintenance of NJHPS Colony (Residential & Non-Residential Buildings) and horticulture works at Jeori/Kotla Colony; and (5) Deployment of workers at miscellaneous departments at Jhakri for routine office works for the period of two years
