SJVN secured the 90 MW Floating Solar Power Project at Indira Sagar Dam, Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh, through Open Competitive Bidding conducted by Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Ltd. (RUMSL) with LOA dated 30.06.2022. The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) was signed with MPPMCL on 04.08.2022 at a tariff of ₹3.26 per unit. Developed within a solar park, the project was awarded to M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited on 29.11.2022. It achieved Commercial Operation Date (COD) in two phases—45 MW

on 07.10.2024 and the remaining capacity on 30.10.2024
